Jeremy Mghenyi

Jeremy was born in Nairobi, Kenya and grew up most of his life in Rochester, MN. He earned his B.A in Movement and Exercise Science from the University of Northern Iowa, May 2016. While in completion of his degree, he Interned with XL Sports Acceleration, working with various athletes in middle to high school sports. He was introduced to CrossFit his senior year of high school and never looked back. Jeremy coaches our Precision Sport Performance program along with our CrossFit classes.
